They exist to keep this space safe, respectful, and genuine for everyone.
Platform Rules

Identity Verification Required
All members must verify their identity through BentBox's secure verification process before accessing community content. This requirement exists for two reasons: (1) to comply with age verification legislation and ensure all content is only accessible to eligible adults, and (2) to guarantee that every account interacting in this community belongs to a real person. Unverified accounts cannot view, post, react to, or engage with any content.

Respect and Civility
Treat every member with respect regardless of background, identity, or viewpoint. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language of any kind are strictly prohibited. Constructive disagreement is welcome — targeted hostility is not. Any content or behaviour designed to intimidate, demean, or harm another member will result in immediate removal.

Original & Appropriate Content
Only share content you have the right to post. Do not repost or reproduce copyrighted material without explicit permission from the rights holder. All content must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines. Explicit or adult content is only permitted in communities specifically designated for it and only accessible to verified adult members.

No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion
Do not flood the feed with repetitive posts, identical or near-identical messages, or mass-tagging of members. Self-promotion is welcome in moderation and in the appropriate sections — excessive or irrelevant promotion will be removed. Links to external sites must be relevant to the community topic. Affiliate links and referral codes must be clearly disclosed.

Privacy & Confidentiality
Never share private or personal information about another person without their explicit consent — this includes real names, contact details, addresses, financial information, or private messages. Content shared within private communities is confidential and must not be redistributed outside the community without the original creator's permission. Screenshots of private content or conversations are strictly prohibited.

No Harmful or Dangerous Content
Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, violence, illegal activities, or dangerous behaviour is strictly prohibited. This includes content related to exploitation, trafficking, or the production or distribution of illegal material. Any content involving minors in a sexual context will be reported to the appropriate authorities and will result in a permanent ban.

No Bots, Automation or Fake Accounts
Automated accounts, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial engagement are strictly prohibited. Every account must represent a real, verified individual. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban, inflate engagement, or otherwise manipulate the community is grounds for permanent removal. Suspected bot activity should be reported to a moderator immediately.

Moderation Decisions Are Final
Moderators and admins have the authority to remove content, issue warnings, or remove members who violate these rules. Decisions are made in good faith to protect the community. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may contact the community admin directly and respectfully. Publicly disputing or undermining moderation decisions is itself a violation of community standards.
